ABOUT
Seth Phillips is an author and community leader whose perspective was formed through lived experience as much as formal study. After early academic promise, his life moved off course in his late teens and early twenties, leading to addiction, legal trouble, and incarceration. Those years reshaped his understanding of responsibility and discipline and now inform his work on culture, leadership, and the foundations of strong communities.
Today he is the founder of ONEnetwork and a TPUSA RISE Chapter Leader focused on civic engagement and cultural dialogue. He is also a father, a role that deeply shapes his commitment to building communities rooted in stability and accountability. Through writing, research, and mentorship, he works to strengthen the institutions and values that will shape the next generation.
